Q: I’m out of shape — can I still come?
Absolutely! Most Silver Life clients start after a long pause or a life transition. We build everything around your current abilities.
Q: What if I have knee, back, or shoulder issues?
Everything is modified for safety and comfort. Strength training for adults 50+ is what we specialise in.
Q: What makes the Silver Life Method different?
It’s not “just” training or “just” coaching — it’s a complete system that addresses strength/flexibility/mobility, confidence, daily habits, mindset, stress management, sleep and long-term progress.
Q: How long will it take to see results?
Most clients feel improvements in balance, energy, and confidence within the first few weeks, and noticeable strength gains within 6-8 weeks.
Q: Can I do personal training without coaching?
Yes! You can choose personal training alone, or coaching alone. Your life, your choice!
Q: What if I'm over 70?
You are absolutely welcome. Many of my clients are active, motivated adults in their 70’s or even 80’s.
Q: Do you offer virtual options?
Sure do! Although personal training for a beginner is recommended in person at least for the first 6-8 weeks. Coaching is an easy phone or video chat option.
