At Silver Life Wellness, I help adults 50+ improve strength, mobility, balance, energy, and overall well-being through realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes.

My approach combines personal training, wellness coaching, and practical daily habits to help clients feel more confident in their bodies and more engaged in their lives — without extremes, pressure, or unrealistic expectations.

What Working Together Looks Like

Many people assume wellness coaching starts with a workout plan.

It doesn't.

Sometimes we focus on improving sleep. Sometimes it's nutrition, stress management, daily routines, mindset, or finding ways to bring more energy and enjoyment into everyday life.

When exercise is helpful and a client is ready, we can incorporate it. But lasting health is built through many different habits, and our work together will be tailored to your goals, preferences, and readiness for change.
