Challenge 2026

Happy 2026!  I’d like to invite you into a gentle, grounding challenge for this month — one that’s designed to rebuild momentum without pressure.

I’m calling it The 5-Minute Foundation Challenge.

The idea is simple:
Every day, do one 5-minute self-care action. Just one.

That’s it.

No tracking apps.
No perfection.
No catching up if you miss a day.

The goal isn’t to do more.
It’s to remind your body and mind that showing up can be simple and supportive.

How the 5-Minute Foundation Challenge Works

Each day, choose one of the following and do it for five minutes:

  • Stretch

  • Tidy a small space

  • Breathe slowly and intentionally

  • Journal or write a few thoughts

  • Walk

  • Hydrate (drink a full glass of water)

  • Practice gratitude

You can choose something different each day — or return to the same one again and again. There’s no “right” choice.

Why This Works

Five minutes is small enough to feel doable — even on busy or low-energy days.  These tiny actions:

  • Rebuild trust with yourself

  • Reduce overwhelm

  • Create a sense of accomplishment

  • Gently re-establish routines

Momentum doesn’t come from pushing harder.  It comes from consistent, kind action.

A Few Gentle Guidelines

If you miss a day, just begin again tomorrow

Don’t stack habits — one 5-minute action is enough

Let this feel supportive, not like another obligation

This challenge is about laying a foundation — something you can always return to when life feels full or motivation is low.

If you’d like, you can reply to this email and tell me which 5-minute practice you’re starting with. I’d love to hear.

Let’s keep rebuilding momentum gently — one month, one small, steady step at a time. Watch your email for a new challenge in February!🧡
