Nourish Your Holidays — Without Losing the Joy
As we head into Christmas week, I want to remind you of something simple and freeing. Your nutrition can absolutely be part of a happy, meaningful holiday. You don’t need to eat everything to enjoy the season. A few mindful bites, a taste of a favorite treat, or a small serving of a special dish can be enough to savor the flavors you love without feeling weighed down afterward.
This season is about so much more than the food on the table. It’s about being with the people we care about. It’s about the sparkle of lights, the warmth of traditions, the music, the children in our lives, and the quiet moments of gratitude.
However, if you want to enjoy your favorites with a healthier twist? You can! I’ve had plenty of practice lightening up beloved recipes. If you’d like me to take a crack at one of yours —I’d be happy to send you a delicious, lighter version to try.
Let’s finish 2025 feeling good in body, mind, and spirit… not because we restricted ourselves, but because we chose balance, presence, and joy.
Next week, I’ll help spark your creative energy as we look ahead to welcoming 2026—and the meaningful goals you want to set for the year ahead.
